Políticas de cancelación

You may cancel up to 12 hours before the start of your appointment. By entering your credit card information, you agree to accept a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel within 12 hours of the start of your appointment. For group appointments of 3 or more, your card will be charged for any in the party who cancel within 12 hours.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, it’s easy to do so, call your local shop directly, and/or cancel on the app or website.

Card information is encrypted and stored to your customer profile to be used in accordance with our no-show/cancellation policy.

NO SHOW POLICY:

If you no show/or no call your appointment, you will be charged the full cost/price of your appointment. For group appointments of 3 or more, your card will be charged the full cost/price of the group appointment if they no show. Barfly Members will be charged one blowout benefit on your membership,. If no blowout benefit is present on your account, then you will be charged the current Member price of a blowout to the credit card on file.
